Do I need to make an appointment?
Appointments are necessary. We accept walk-in clients but cannot guarantee you can be serviced at a particular time due to our schedule. Please call us to make an appointment to avoid any schedule conflicts.
Can I request a specific stylist?
Certainly. You’re more than welcome to choose the stylist for your needs but please call to ensure that the stylist has an open time to service you.
What if I’m late to an appointment?
If you are late to an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a convenient time.
Which services do you currently offer?
We offer a wide range of services which you may not be aware of; please view our Services page for a full list or give us a call and we can work with you for whatever need you may have.
When do gift cards expire?
Gift cards expires one year after the date of purchase.
